TESTING REQUIREMENTS

All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing.

Polygraph results are valid for 3 weeks, please email: OCBColorado@gmail.com with proof of your passing poly within 1 week of the show.

**Pro qualifying placement winners are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after receiving your award for urinalysis. This is to ensure testing integrity for both the OCB and athletes.

POLYGRAPH

Location: Host Hotel.

Date – Friday before the show (8/18 & 10/13).

Polygraph exams will be by appointment only. Link will be sent out closer to the shows.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled polygraph.

The polygraph fee is $60 Cash and is payable at the time of scheduling an appointment.

Please bring exact change for the examiner.
